Using the Social Value Knowledge Hub Privacy Policy

If you are a user with general public access, the Social Value Knowledge Hub
(https://countydurhampound.co.uk) does not store or capture personal information, but merely
logs a number called your IP address which is automatically recognised by the system.

The system will only record personal information if you:

  • apply for services that require personal information, such as signing up for events
  • contact us and leave your details for us to respond

Contact Form

If you complete the ‘contact us’ form then we will collect your name and e-mail address. This
will be submitted to the following e-mail address: [email protected]. As
such, Durham County Council’s privacy and data protection protocols will be enforced. Full

Information will also be shared with key personnel at Social Value Portal
(https://socialvalueportal.com) that manage the content of the Social Value Knowledge Hub
webpage on behalf of the County Durham Pound project partners.

If you have completed the ‘contact us’ form you can e-mail
[email protected] and request to receive an exported file of the personal
data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request
that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are
obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
