The County Durham Pound project has launched!

The County Durham Pound project will be formally launched at a ‘Meet the Buyers’ event in Durham today. Representatives from the 12 County Durham Pound partner organisations will meet with 62 Durham-based organisations to explore future opportunities. Workshops are being led by Social Value Portal and B2B North to support attendees with tips and advice on bidding for work.

The event will be opened by Councillor Susan McDonnell and Darren Knowd, Head of Business, Sales and Procurement at Durham County Council and the ‘launch video’ will be premiered. We hope you enjoy it!
